Our dynamic pricing module relies on three variables: days of the week, time of day and occupancy to determine either an increase or decrease in the rack rates of our facility!
Twilight tee times do not necessarily guarantee a full 18 holes. Twilight pricing is reduced for this reason.
No-Show Policy
Online reservation will require the quick setup of a user account. A valid credit card is required to hold a tee time when booking online and over the phone through the pro shop – no fee will be charged when making the booking.
Tee times can be reserved up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations must be made by calling the Pro Shop 24 hours in advance for tee times booked on Mondays through Thursdays, and 48 hours in advance for tee times booked on Fridays through Sundays, and Ontario public holidays.
A late cancellation or no-show fee will be applied to the credit cards used to reserve a tee time. This includes, if you book for four players and only show up with two, you will be charged a no-show fee for the 2 no-shows. Please only book for the number of people that are playing and call the pro shop if there are any changes to the number of players booked. Card will be charged half the value on moderately busy days and the full amount on busy days.
Rain Check Policy
When the course is closed due to inclement weather, we will issue each golfer (with paid receipt) a rain check based on the following policies
- A rain check may be issued only if the Golf Course Superintendent, Golf Pro-Shop Staff or Management deems the course unplayable.
- Twilight tee times do not necessarily guarantee a full 18 holes. Twilight pricing is reduced for this reason. Rain checks are not issued in the event a round is not completed.
- Rain Checks must be claimed from the pro shop within the same day of being rained out.
- The Pro-Shop staff will issue rain checks based on the number of holes played (as below) No resort refunds can be issued and only Smugglers Glen Staff are permitted to issue rain checks.
- Players are expected to continue play during rain or drizzle
- Each player is required to check in with the Pro-Shop immediately upon coming off the course. A 30 minute wait time is required to establish if conditions have improved to continue golfing.
- You must provide proof of purchase to obtain a rain check.
- Rain checks are valid for 12 months from the date of the rain out and this expiry date is indicted on the rain check receipt.
- Each rain check will be given a dollar value based on the rate charged prior to teeing off and the number of holes played.
- No cash refunds will be given.
- Rain checks can be applied towards green fees that are more expensive. There will be no cash refunds for green fees of lesser value.
- Rain checks are non transferable and non replaceable.
- Rain checks are only redeemable for green fees.
- Rain checks may only be redeemed one at a time.
- 1-3 holes played = 100% credit refund issued
- 4-6 holes played = 75% credit refund issued
- 7-11 holes played = 50% credit refund issued
- 12-14 holes played = 25% credit refund issued
- 15-18 holes played = 0% credit refund issued
